What is FLUX 3 Max?
FLUX 3 Max comes from Black Forest Labs, the team behind the FLUX image models. It is a post-trained version of FLUX 3 Video, tuned for stronger prompt adherence and better visual quality while staying fast.
It writes the picture and the sound together, holds a shot for up to 20 seconds, and can animate from a start frame to an end frame you choose. That makes it a good fit for longer single takes, product reveals and scenes where the atmosphere matters.
On Nano Banana you run FLUX 3 Max in the browser: in the Video Studio, in Banana Computer, or through the API. No separate account, no per-model bill.
From 5 to 20 seconds in a single generation: the longest clip of the video models on Nano Banana. Fewer cuts to stitch, more room for a scene to breathe.
Describe the rain, the crowd or the engine in your prompt: the audio is generated with the picture and comes out in the same MP4.
Give the first image, and optionally the last one: FLUX 3 Max animates between them. Ideal for before-and-after, transformations and product reveals.
Seven aspect ratios, from 21:9 cinema to 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, in 720p or 1080p.
Black Forest Labs post-trained FLUX 3 Max on top of FLUX 3 Video for prompt adherence and image quality. Camera moves, lighting and style notes in your prompt are kept, not averaged away.
Both clips were generated with FLUX 3 Max on Nano Banana, sound included. Turn the sound on to hear the audio track.

“Close-up of a glass perfume bottle on wet black stone, a single drop of water slides down the glass, soft golden rim light, slow orbiting camera, luxury product commercial. Gentle water droplet sounds.”
