LanneTech reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. LanneTech shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

LanneTech reserves the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you generate using Nano Banana Video. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the generated content for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.

Our Service: The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by LanneTech and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

6. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If you are on a subscription plan, pricing changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LanneTech SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

In no event shall LanneTech's total liability exceed the amount you paid to LanneTech in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
